•  Invite a guest if you want
• No matter what good coffees as soon as we walk in.
• Arrive no later than 7 am  as we leave the Claremont centre at 7.15 am to walk towards Sale Town Hall Quay area then to Brooklands station or Walton’s park depending on timings then turn round an walk back to the centre for more coffee and breakfast.
• If a day starts on a positive note, it can’t be a bad day! Keeping things positive is a breakfast rule that you can’t break.
• Walking wear the correct shoes !
• Ask your guests to bring their business cards along if they’re interested in sharing their expertise and networking.
• Every one to bring one small goodie and to swap it with another person
• Food and coffee -on return so make it snappy
